Informal gnostic meeting of friends, with a general discussion limited to 2 hours maximum.
People can come and go as they please, as we have no formal agenda.
In June, we will continue our exploration of definitions. Some themes include: chaos in balance, languages as expressed in computer programming (gnostic geeks :) I hope we will have a guest speaker.
In May, our topic was Wonderous Words: How Do We Describe Our Spiritual Paths
Being practical philosophers, group members speak often about how they define themselves. I thought it would be a good idea to explore words and meanings further. The official topic might be semantics. :)
If you do not want to share about your personal experiences, bring your thoughts and experiences related to technology, postmodern or integral culture and spirituality. You can share poetry, quotes, music, art, as examples.
The intent of a broad topic is to give everyone a chance to contribute, regardless of their background knowledge, etc. If you wish to contribute something on a specific tradition, feel free to do so.
