Meditation Class

Meditation is an exact science based on real and tangible energies that are natural to the human being. Meditation is a psychological technology. It is a scientific method to harness and access the most powerful areas of the human psyche. Meditation is a set of tools that provide entry to states of consciousness that anyone, anywhere, can enter, if they know the steps. The steps cannot be altered or skipped. They cannot be improved upon. They cannot be avoided.

All are welcome (beginners, intermediate and advanced meditators) to join us at the NYC Gnostic School for meditation class most Sundays at 7:00 pm.

Classes are free however donations are appreciated (suggested donation $10 per class).

The school is located in Williamsburg (on the corner of Wythe Avenue and N7th Street). You could take the L or the G train:

THE L TRAIN:
If you get off the Bedford Avenue Stop on the L train, exit the train station towards Bedford Avenue. Cross Bedford Avenue and walk down North 7th Street for 2 blocks to Wythe Avenue. At Wythe Avenue, make a left. We are the second house on the left- 147 Wythe Avenue. Ring the first floor bell (or knock).

THE G TRAIN:
Instead of taking the 'L' to Bedford Ave, you could take the the 'G' to Nassau Ave (make sure you exit towards Nassau Ave) you will be on the corner of Manhattan Ave and Nassau Ave. You could then do one of the following:

1. Take the B61 bus towards Driggs Ave. You will only take it 2-3 stops to get off at Driggs Ave and N8th. Walk down N8th St. towards Bedford Ave. Keep walking 2 more blocks until you reach Wythe Ave. Make a left at Wythe and walk to N7th. We are on Wythe Ave and N7th St. 147 Wythe Ave. Knock on the front door, or ring the bottom bell.

2. Or walk to our center once you get off the G train, a good 15 min. walk. Walk down Nassau Ave towards Beford Ave (towards McCarren Park; Nassau Ave will turn into Bedford Ave). Walk down Bedford Ave to N7th St. Make a right at N7th St. Walk down to Wythe Ave. Make a left onto Wythe Ave, we are on Wythe & N7th St. Suggested Donation: $10 (but not required).
